Structure of the meeting:
We'll start with a deep dive into post-retreat integration work, covering new topics every month, such as psychosomatic symptoms exploration, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance skills. This segment will be recorded and available for replay for all participants.

The second part is a dedicated Q&A session, where you can share your challenges, uncertainties, questions, or inspirations. This part won't be recorded and will remain private. Feel free to bring your personal stories to get support, insights, and better navigate.

From an inspiring ceremony to a life changing journey:
Plant medicine serves as a beautiful tool, unlocking suppressed aspects of ourselves that have lingered for an extended period. Yet, it often marks just the beginning of the healing journey. The real work lies in translating these newfound insights into concrete, transformative actions.

Why it is useful for you:
If you resonate with feeling restless, struggling to concentrate, bouncing from task to task without completion, living in constant negative anticipation, or harbouring a fear of making mistakes, this meeting will provide a deep understanding of the underlying issues. We will discuss the science behind our trauma, examining the roots of our feelings of stuckness and the patterns that govern our everyday lives + learn some practical tools to bring regulation into your body.

About the Host:
I'm Tatiana, a counsellor with an MS in Psychology and Psychology Teaching, specialising in childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression. Drawing on 10 years of personal experience with plant medicine and 8 years as a counsellor, my goal is to help clients interpret the messages from their journeys and support positive changes in various aspects of their lives.
