In Spain, ayahuasca is not specifically listed as a controlled substance under national law. Several court decisions have ruled that ayahuasca, when used in private, closed, and non-commercial settings, is not subject to international control and is not regulated as an illicit drug by the Spanish state.
Our programs operate exclusively as private cultural gatherings for members of the association, in line with these precedents and in a manner that respects all applicable regulations.
However, it is important to be aware that countries such as the United Kingdom, Israel, France and many others have imposed strict regulations on the use of ayahuasca, rendering it illegal in those jurisdictions.
